We are in search of a Personal Executive Coordinator to assist the President of our organization. This role is pivotal in enhancing the President's productivity through personalized and timely assistance. To excel in this position, you should possess exceptional organizational skills, effective time management abilities, and the capacity to operate independently. Ultimately, you should be prepared for a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison among executives, staff, clients, and external partners
  • Facilitate the timely and accurate flow of information
  • Oversee calendar management and coordinate meetings
  • Support various ad hoc projects as needed
  • Conduct research and prepare information for diverse needs and projects
  • Organize travel arrangements efficiently
  • Manage personal tasks, including home-related needs, gifts, and shopping
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support without limitations.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience as an executive or personal assistant
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Skilled in utilizing technology (Zoom, Google Suite, Outlook, scheduling tools, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Adept at prioritizing daily tasks effectively
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proactive in problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
