Our talented Customer Service team is now hiring a Customer Service Specialist to manage client projects, implement account plan activities, and represent our operations capabilities. In this role, you will be empowered (and expected) to recommend new ideas and perspectives that allow us to continue to evolve our approach to servicing customer accounts. You will play a pivotal role in our business by optimizing our processes to ensure maximized productivity, growth and development.


The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • previous experience managing print production, wide-format, marketing, advertising or similar products
  • a thorough, project management approach to work with the ability to coordinate many smaller details into larger projects
  • a steady, calm approach to problem solving within a team environment
  • the ability to sustain a high level of activity daily with quick response to emails and phone calls from external and internal partners
  • the ability to communicate information and ideas in a direct, concise manner

Position expectations:

  • Serves as primary point of contact for internal and external clients resolving outstanding issues, complying with customer requests and responding to client inquiries.
  • Writes job tickets to ensure production team has all information to ensure success: identify client brand rules, job specifications, design requirements, material, quality, quantity, delivery requirements and timeline.
  • Monitors production process, attends daily production meetings, communicates concerns and proactively seeks solutions.
  • Completes monthly billing for all managed jobs.
  • Champions new technologies, collaborations, and improved processes to implement best practices.
  • Fluent in using a computer/email, Microsoft suite, and learning new applications/platforms. Heavy focus on being able to learn and use our specific customer interface system.
Requirements:

Education and Experience

  • Familiarity with the print industry is highly preferred, experience within a manufacturing, production and distribution environment is strongly preferred.
  • 2 or more years’ experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required; College degree focused on Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred.
