Position Overview:

Hidden Level is transforming airspace safety with innovative, scalable drone detection and airspace technology. We provide real-time, actionable data to enhance security across various environments. As we expand, we're looking for a Program Control Analyst to support Hidden Level’s growing Program & Product Management team. This position is based on-site in Syracuse, NY with the possibility of a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Program/Product Manager as delegated with basic project management tasks including: project scheduling, budget, and organizational details
  • Coordinating team activities and meetings
  • Maintaining and organizing project documents and records
  • Performing program administrative duties required to meet contractual needs
  • Organizing crucial project documentation for the Program/Product manager

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ability to communicate with cross-functional stakeholders across various business areas
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Understanding of budget tracking and financial forecasting
  • Exhibits excellent time management and prioritization skills across multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated positive attitude and collaboration in a team environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel
  • 10% travel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Analytical with attention to detail to identify and troubleshoot discrepancies
  • Experience developing and/or maintaining schedules using Gantt chart tools
  • Experience with financial accounting systems

Compensation and Benefits: Hidden Level offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid parental leave, flexible time off, 401(k) with employer contributions, life insurance, and disability insurance. The company also provides a remote or hybrid work environment and potential stock options.

Salary Range: The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $61,000 to $75,000 annually. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Hidden Level considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
