Program Financial Analyst Job Description

SRC, Inc. is seeking a skilled Program Financial Analyst to support program managers, the finance director, and the operations finance AVP. The successful candidate will utilize their financial expertise to drive program success.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain program baselines, estimates to complete (ETC), and estimates at completion (EAC) on programs.
  • Present program level financial performance at monthly/quarterly reviews.
  • Support and maintain program EVM (Earned Value Management).
  • Prepare and distribute monthly financial tracking reports to program teams.
  • Analyze/validate financial results including revenue, labor, material, and other costs.
  • Support monthly budget vs actual variance analysis.
  • Support month end closing activities.
  • Support Ad Hoc financial analysis requests from internal and external customers.
  • Maintain compliance with Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field with 3 or more years of financial reporting and analysis experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including using Pivot tables in excel, Cost Point & COBRA, experience a plus.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management.
  • Proven team player with excellent organization, communication, interpersonal skills, and analytic skills.
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
