We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Operations Analyst to support the smooth operation of the quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams for a highly regarded manufacturer in Syracuse, NY. You MUST be a US Citizen for this role.


This is an onsite role requiring presence in the Syracuse office.


This is a fast-paced role, ideal for someone with strong operational and data analysis skills who can develop key performance indicators (KPIs), manage sales forecasting (SIOP), and generate reports to drive business performance. You will work closely with various departments to streamline processes, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure data integrity across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Bridge the gap between operations and quality, developing solutions to improve workflows.
  • Analyze data, create reports, and develop KPIs to monitor performance.
  • Support sales forecasting (SIOP) and operational improvements.
  • Manage and maintain ERP system data (Oracle ERP experience preferred, IFS knowledge not required).
  • Collaborate across teams to optimize supply chain, manufacturing, and quality processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or data management.
  • ERP/MRP system experience (APICS certification and Six Sigma/Project Management are a plus).
  • Strong data analysis skills, including Tableau or similar tools.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and reporting development.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • MUST be a US Citizen
