Responsibilities: Set up charge number structures in cost collection tool. Create and/or maintain Excel reports for use in analyzing programmatic financial data. Establish and maintain program baselines, estimates to complete (ETC), and estimates at completion (EAC) on programs. Present program level financial performance at monthly/quarterly reviews. Support and maintain program EVM (Earned Value Management) Prepare and distribute monthly financial tracking reports to program teams. Assist in analysis of material, labor, subcontractor and other direct costs transactions. Partner with contracts, accounting, engineering and program management perform all financial activities and to provide financial guidance. Analyze/validate financial results including revenue, labor, material, and other costs. Support monthly budget vs actual variance analysis. Support month end closing activities. Support Ad Hoc financial analysis requests from internal and external customers. Maintain compliance with Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) What You Bring to the Team – Position Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field with 3 or more years of financial reporting and analysis experience. Experience:  Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including using Pivot tables in excel, Cost Point & COBRA, experience a plus Experience with Earned Value Management Must be a proven team player with excellent organization, communication, interpersonal skills, and analytic skills.
