Are you a skilled accounts payable professional? Join our team at Crescent Community Health Center in our Finance Department and play a crucial role in our clinic. Under the direction of the AP Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable, corporate credit card reconciliations, and various other transactional issues. You must be able to exercise discretion in executing essential functions and be able to work independently, following through on assignments with minimal direction.
You will analyze and process accounts payable in a timely manner, code such items as invoices, vouchers, expense reports, check requests, etc., with correct codes conforming to standard procedures to ensure proper entry into the financial system. You are the point person for vendor management - including but not limited to communications to all vendor correspondence via phone or email and ensuring vendor approval process is completed prior to payment processing. You will also analyze and resolve problems associated with processing invoices, prepare payments through a variety of methods and perform reconciliations.
What are the minimum requirements? You absolutely must have a high school diploma/GED but we'd love it you had an associate's degree in accounting. You will also need at least six months' experience in Accounts Payable.
