Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Record Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

2. Bank Statement Reconciliation: Regularly verify bank statements to confirm that all transactions are accurately recorded and promptly address any discrepancies.

3. Management of Accounts Payable: Process and monitor incoming invoices, validate their correctness, and guarantee timely payments to suppliers while effectively managing cash flow.

4. Oversight of Accounts Receivable: Create invoices for clients, monitor outstanding payments, and follow up on overdue accounts to sustain a healthy cash flow.

5. Payroll Administration: Accurately manage payroll processing, including tax withholdings and other deductions, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

6. Financial Reporting: Generate regular financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for management analysis.

7. Inventory Management: Keep precise records of inventory levels, conduct periodic inventory audits, and resolve any discrepancies.

Qualifications:

+ A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.

+ Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping or a similar capacity.

+ Proficiency in accounting software (such as ERP or SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

+ Strong grasp of financial principles and regulations.

+ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

+ Capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

+ Familiarity with accounting practices in the manufacturing sector is advantageous.
