In this role, you will promote Concordance’s cohesive brand story to inspire donors, all levels of government, and all external and internal stakeholders.
Your role will involve:
  • Executing marketing campaigns for Concordance that align with our mission, vision, values, and goals
  • Creating marketing materials aligned with a clear and compelling brand story for Concordance, in collaboration with the Director of Communications
  • Designing communications and a social media strategy that resonates with stakeholders and drives fundraising success
  • Using various marketing channels and media forms (including digital media) to reach stakeholders 
  • Evaluating the efficacy of marketing campaigns with metrics and data, and suggesting data-driven adjustments to marketing strategies as needed

Skills, Knowledge, and ExpertiseThe right candidate will come with: 
  • Passion for our mission 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary Marketing, Communications, and Development team
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to tailor messaging to various audiences, including donors, governments, and media outlets
  • Skill with digital marketing tools and various platforms 
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, technologies, and marketing platforms
  • Skill in data analysis to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions
 Required education, licensure, and experience: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field 
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing
