This position is based in our branch office communicating with customers directly. This is a seasonal position. It's great for someone who is looking to work from June through October. Successful candidates will have previous customer service experience over the phone, have the technological aptitude to learn the software we use, and love to solve customer concerns. You will directly impact the company mission of providing Better Service, Better Jobs, and Better World by giving customers and technicians something to brag about through schedule, assisting with billing, and being a voice of understanding when customers call in with concerns.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Communicate with customers over the phone, via email and text, and through our CRM.
- Schedule customers on their technician's day when they call in for a service.
- Assist customers with billing needs.
- Help keep customers on schedule.
Qualifications and Skills
- Professional phone communication experience
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to balance multiple communication channels simultaneously (phone, email, etc.)
- Friendly positive attitude
- Enjoys resolving customer concerns
