Guest Relations and Support Center Specialist

The Guest Relations and Support Center Specialist will be the main point of contact for guests, ensuring an exceptional experience through effective communication and problem-solving. This role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with any needs that arise during their visit or engagement. The ideal candidate is personable, empathetic, and highly organized, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong proficiency in computer applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, providing accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Handle and resolve guest complaints and issues with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support and assistance across various digital platforms, ensuring guests feel valued and heard.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure guest needs are met and to maintain a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain records of guest interactions, feedback, and issues resolved to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of guest service policies and procedures.
  • Support the overall operations of the Support Center by performing administrative tasks as necessary.
  • Stay informed about company services, events, and policies to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Utilize Excel and other computer software to analyze data related to guest interactions and service performance.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or guest relations preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications, with the ability to analyze and present data effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
