Territory: Upper midwest - (Chicago, Minneapolis, & Milwaukee)

Compensation: $71,000 to $97,000 + 30% quarterly bonus

Work Setting: Remote / WFH with travel.

Travel: 4+ days per week on average home daily for the most part. Maybe a few overnights every now and then depending on the candidates location.

Expense Reimbursement: Car Allowance (Gas/Miles) (Tax Free: $550 on the 1st paycheck of each month); Communication Allowance of $180 on the 1st paycheck of each month (Cell Phone / Internet) 501st mile in a calendar month they will receive mileage reimbursement / 0.33 cents per mile. SAP Concur for booking travel. Company credit card for travel, food, sales meetings, hotel booking, office supplies, etc.

The company will provide a laptop, external monitor, printer, station dock, mouse, etc.

Required Experience:

  • Experience with construction sales at either distribution or manufacturing required.

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Manufacturing sales experience preferred. Industrial Safety Sales a significant plus.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to join our dynamic North America Sales team. The TSM will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing, and maintaining customer relationships, and expanding our market presence within the Construction market vertical within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process. The position can be based in major metropolitan areas of the Upper Midwest, such as Milwaukee, Chicago, or Minneapolis, or near a major airport in the region.


Job Responsibilities


1.Sales Growth:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Stay updated with industry knowledge, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless customer experiences.

2.Customer Relationship Management:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients within the territory.
  • Understand clients' business needs and propose suitable product or service solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

3.Territory Management:

  • Effectively manage the sales territory, including planning and organizing sales visits.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Update the CRM with critical information on existing accounts and newly identified leads.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the Regional Sales Director or other members of the Sales Leadership team as required.
