Estancia Del Norte Hotel is seeking a Guest Services Agent / Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their transportation needs are met.


Responsibilities:

- Greet guests upon arrival and departure

- Assist guests with luggage and transportation needs

- Operate shuttle van to transport guests to and from designated locations

- Maintain cleanliness and safety of shuttle van

- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions

- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures

- Maintain accurate records of shuttle usage and guest interactions


Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Knowledge of San Antonio area and attractions

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
