Job Description: We are working with a commercial real estate consultancy that needs a Mid-level Real Estate Research Analyst to join their team on a project-based contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market research and analysis to support commercial real estate transactions and strategies.

  • Data Collection: Gather data from various sources, including public records, property databases, and market reports.

  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and detailed analysis for internal stakeholders and clients.

  • Trend Analysis: Identify and analyze market trends, property values, and other factors that may impact the real estate market.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, clients, and external parties to gather insights and share findings.

  • Database Management: Maintain and update internal databases with the latest market data and research findings.

  • Support Functions: Provide ad-hoc research support as needed to assist with ongoing projects and client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate research, market analysis, or a related field.

  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.

  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, or other relevant applications).

    • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to interpret complex data and present clear, actionable insights.

  • Personal Attributes:

    • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
