Job Summary:
Realty Income is seeking a highly skilled Research Analyst to join our team. As a Research Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting with the credit analysis of prospective and existing tenants, while also performing real estate analysis for new transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review tenants' credit to minimize adverse credit events/portfolio losses.
- Provide in-depth industry reports and presentations to the Investment Committee.
- Conduct credit research and analysis on prospective and existing tenants.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
- Collaborate with senior executives to identify and mitigate potential risks to the portfolio.
- Prepare and present research reports and recommendations to senior executives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in credit analysis, real estate, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
