As a Senior Sales Development Representative (also known as Sr. SDR, Lead Generation Specialist), you'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and arranging demos for our recruitment automation platform. You'll work closely with our sales team to develop outreach strategies, track your progress, and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in an account executive role, directly working with customers.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt to changes and contribute to the growth of the company.
