Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Cupertino, CA or be willing to relocate to the area.
  • BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years managing complex, highly integrated projects.
  • Strong understanding of sales and sales operations processes in a consumer channel sales environment (or similar).
  • Proven track record of leading master data projects combined with the ability to execute at tactical project-level activities and tasks.
  • The ability to convert strategy into action with a solid understanding of project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • An understanding of the components and considerations required when building corporate systems (e.g. key architecture components, security, scalability etc.).
  • Excellent skills for data analysis in support of requirements gathering and troubleshooting /problem solving.
  • Technical acumen required to effectively discuss, strategize, write test scripts, and trouble shoot technical issues.
  • Experience with modeling business processes and data models etc.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establish credibility as trusted advisors by listening, understanding business requirements and providing options for consideration.
  • The successful candidate will specialize in business stakeholder engagement and facilitation, asking probing questions that get to the real business needs (asking \'why\' and not just taking requirements at face value), encouraging open communication between all parties and building cooperation amongst the various business teams.
  • Focus on recommending process innovation and efficiencies through current state process analysis, user experience, observations, industry trends, standard methodologies (Design Thinking, Agile), leading-edge technology and process improvement ideas to challenge the status quo and deliver extraordinary customer-focused solutions.
  • Understand and document the regional nuances that differ between the current and future state processes.
