AI Product Manager

Join Apple's Worldwide Channel Sales team as an AI Product Manager, where you will play a critical role in shaping the future of conversational commerce solutions.
About the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional AI/ML product manager to create, design, and implement the AI/ML product vision and architecture for our conversational commerce solutions. As a key member of our team, you will drive the strategy and execution of AI-powered capabilities at scale, transforming the way we sell across our channel sales platforms.
Key Responsibilities- AI/ML Product Strategy & Vision: Define and drive the AI/ML product vision, strategy, and roadmap for conversational commerce solutions across our channel sales platforms.
- AI-Powered Solutions: Design AI/ML-driven features and solutions to create intelligent sales assistants, drive product development of intelligent systems that optimize personalized content delivery, and oversee the integration of machine learning models into existing sales platforms and partner chatbots.
- Scalability & Innovation: Architect solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable, using AI/ML to enable personalized shopping experiences and sales insights across multiple channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales leaders, and partner teams, to ensure alignment on product requirements and value propositions.
- Metrics & Performance: Establish and monitor product success metrics (adoption, engagement, revenue impact) and use data-driven insights to drive continuous product improvement.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with 5+ years in AI/ML-focused product roles.
- In-depth knowledge of AI/ML models, data pipelines, cloud technologies, and product architecture.
- Experience in conversational commerce solutions with a deep understanding of how AI can enhance selling and sales conversion.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, or an equivalent.
- Master's degree or PhD in AI/ML is a strong plus.
- Collaboration: Strong cross-functional collaborator with excellent communication skills to influence key partners and drive alignment across teams.
- Problem Solving: Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable AI/ML-driven product solutions.
- Agility: Experience working in Agile environments, with a focus on iterative product development and rapid experimentation.
