About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Lead to join our World Wide Sales Business Process Re-engineering team at Apple. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving adoption of new processes and systems, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business owners, process SMEs, and stakeholders to review current state processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to support business growth and innovation.
  • Lead and document change impacts, conducting impact analyses and other change management assessments to ensure effective communication and training for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with regional SMEs to review global change impacts and assess regional differences, developing recommendations for addressing change impacts and ensuring harmonization of processes across regions.
  • Support global and regional process harmonization activities, reviewing and updating change management plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop training materials and communication plans to ensure adoption of new ways of working and technology solutions, engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in project/program/change management and/or training content development and delivery on similar programs.
  • Expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools, including process improvement and technical documentation.
  • Experience working on enterprise-scale, multi-country digital transformation projects, with a strong understanding of CRM implementations such as Salesforce.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills, with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and communication channels.
