About the Role:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at My Florida Insurance Inc in Bonita Springs, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, and provide excellent customer service
  • Support the team with customer walk ins
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Proficient on computer as well as client communications
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
