Job Title: Cashier, Front of House, Powder Mountain Facilities
Status: Full-Time, Seasonal, Non-Exempt Hourly
Reporting To: Manager of Food & Beverage Services
Powder Mountain is currently building our 24/25 winter season culinary team We are seeking guest focussed, friendly, and polished individuals to answers questions, guide our guests, and process payments in our F&B facilities.
Job Performance Expectations:
- Welcome guests to restaurant.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Clear tables, remove trash, replenish utensils and napkins as needed.
- Restock snack items, utensils, dink station, and condiments.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during very busy customer interactions.
- Process cash payments.
- Be a team player and help where needed.
- Process payments for food and beverage items.
- Use a point-of-sale machine.
- Answer questions about terrain and lift operations.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience working in guest facing role.
- Desire to be positive and motivated during busy season and inclement weather.
- Desire to work at 9,000ft in exposed weather conditions.
- Be polite and friendly to team members, other departments, and guests.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Sips and Tips Certification - required
- Food Handlers Certification - preferred
- Ability to work occasional overtime, evenings, weekends and holidays as requested.
- Great attitude, positive mindset.
