Requirements:

Job Title: Culinary Staff, Back of House, Powder Mountain Facilities

Status: Full-Time, Seasonal, Non-Exempt Hourly

Reporting To: Manager of Food & Beverage Services


Powder Mountain is currently building our 24/25 winter season culinary team We are seeking friendly, and team-oriented individuals to be part of our culinary F&B facilities.


Performance Expectations:

  • Prepare food, sauces, and produce for meals.
  • Keep kitchen clean, organized, orderly, well stocked.
  • Follow instruction, prep for dining services.
  • Wash dishes.
  • Adherence to early morning starts and potential late evenings.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Role Specific Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the safe and proper usage and maintenance of Kitchen Equipment. Such as: Ovens, Grills, Fryers, Knives, Blenders, etc
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Utah Food Handlers Permit - required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40+ lbs.
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8+ hours).
  • Continual use of manual dexterity for safe us of knives, slicers, mixers, pots, pans, other sharp objects, electrical shocks, etc.
