Requirements:

Role: Food & Beverage Logistics Team Member

Status: Full-Time, Seasonal, Hourly

Reporting To: Powder Mountain F&B Manager


Powder Mountain food & beverage dining facilities is seeking a food & beverage logistics team member that will be responsible for stocking all kitchen items and coordinating the delivery of prepared foods to dining facilities throughout Powder Mountain's locations.


Performance Expectations

  • Responsible for the continuous cleaning and upkeep of dining facilities; including bussing tables, emptying trash receptacles, maintaining rest rooms, over all appearance of facility.
  • Maintain cleanliness of walkways, floor, stairs, entrance ways to facilities.
  • Have pride in your work and ensure excellent overall guest and employee dining experience.
  • Ensure items and facility is sanitized per state regulations.
  • Monitor supply of stocked items, order as needed.
  • Stock ALL materials before end of shift.
  • Empty ALL trash receptacles at end of shift.
  • Provide excellent guest service, be a team player.
  • Adhere to Powder Mountain’s appearance guidelines.

Physical Requirements:

  • Utah Food Handler's license - preferred
  • Clean driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.
  • Dedication to being to work on time.
  • Ability to work weekend, evenings, holiday and on-call as requested.
  • Must have 4-wheel drive vehicle, or commitment to utilizing UTA.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull moderate amount of weight (up to 40lbs+).
  • Will be standing for long periods of time.
  • Safely handle hazardous materials.
