We're actively seeking an HVAC Manager who is skilled in HVAC service and is ready to elevate their career by joining us in the dynamic task of establishing and expanding our HVAC department. The company provides comprehensive assistance for obtaining NC HVAC license if needed, requiring at least basic supervisory experience and a strong drive to ensure the department's success through hands-on participation in its operations. Work Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, occasional on-call

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour depending on experience + Spiffs & Bonuses

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Must be able to obtain NC HVAC license within a year
  • 5+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience
  • At least a year of managerial/supervisory experience
  • NATE Certified - preferred
  • Great attitude and a strong desire to grow the business

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
