Job Description:

As an Associate Consultant supporting our Federal government client, you will work as part of an innovative team to research, prepare, and deliver high-quality solutions. You will be trusted to complete tasks independently, begin leading others in completing tasks, and contribute to the overall team effort to solve challenging problems for the benefit of our customers. This

The successful candidate will have the ability to:

  • Assist in the implementation of program policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
  • Assist in a variety of reports on program activities and operations.
  • Assist with collecting statistical data as needed or requested.
  • Assist with program evaluation activities.
  • Support a Project Manager or Program Manager to prepare for client meetings and monthly reports and manage follow up.
  • Support development of executive briefs and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, political science, policy, communications, or related discipline
  • 2+ years of relevant, professional experience
  • Curious and open-minded approach to work
  • Thrive in a continuous Build-Measure-Learn cycle
  • Engage with technology—with comfort and ease (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Monday, Slack, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of employee experience, customer experience, and/or service design
  • Experience consulting or working for the Federal government
