Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who’s eager to lead all marketing efforts and strategy for a new and exciting brand. The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns and building strong brands. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing and strive to meet the company's changing needs.

We are also looking for someone to partner with our sales personnel and to build our brand awareness across all mediums. Ultimately, you will act as our brand’s voice to impress our customers and attract new clients.


Requirements:

Responsibilities

  • Promote our products and services on across all mediums
  • Direct our social media engagement strategy
  • Design, manage, and evaluate marketing campaigns
  • Support sales with presentations, sales meetings, trade shows and collateral
  • Integral with sales meeting planning and presentations and promotions
  • Advertise our company and products/services on various media
  • Plan articles for trade publications
  • Voice of customer and surveys from customers
  • Produce marketing copy for our website
  • Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates
  • Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients’ queries
  • Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness
  • Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience building and fostering a new brand
  • Direct our social media engagement strategy
  • Direct, manage and evaluate marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work across all areas of organization
  • Success in positioning and building brand awareness
  • Building out our value propositions and brand image
  • Familiarity with B2B advertising campaigns
  • Self-starter and ability to manage complex projects in a changing environment
  • Support sales with presentations, collateral and at sales meetings and trade shows
  • Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Promote our products and services on across all medium

Education and Experience:

  • BSB In Marketing, Communication or similar degree
  • Hands on experience with web content management tools
  • Experience in marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Strong experience in SEO and Google Analytics
  • 10 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
  • Experience in working in Packaging Field preferred.
  • Marketing experience in a B2B product business or distribution business preferred
