Key Responsibilities:
As a Marketing and Office Operations Associate at Propper Asset Management, you'll be at the heart of our corporate office operations, ensuring a smooth and professional environment. Your day will involve overseeing office logistics, managing supplies, coordinating executive meetings, and supporting new hire onboarding. You'll also play a key role in maintaining our office's communication systems, developing and implementing policies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.
In addition to office management, you'll contribute to our marketing efforts by executing digital and print campaigns, updating our website, and managing our social media presence. You'll engage with our online community, create compelling content, and analyze marketing performance to optimize results. Your work will also include conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, all while collaborating with the design team to produce visually appealing materials. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on both our operational efficiency and marketing success.
Qualified Candidates:
The successful candidate will possess a blend of technical skills, experience, and personal attributes essential for this role. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, and 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate or property management industry. Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems, is required. Additionally, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in office management is necessary, with at least 2 years in a corporate environment preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with solid interpersonal abilities, are crucial. Familiarity with social media platforms, SEO basics, and Google Analytics is expected, while experience with Yardi marketing tools and platform is a plus.
On a personal level, you should be highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and possess a creative mindset with keen attention to detail. Being proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team will set you apart. Strong problem-solving abilities and a drive to contribute meaningfully to our team are essential for success in this role.

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site (with remote flexibility after 6 months)
Salary Range: Salary range starts at $60,000 a year (Salary is determined by experience, training and education)
