As a Marketing and Office Operations Associate at Propper Asset Management, you will play a pivotal role in our corporate office's operations, ensuring a seamless and professional atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include managing office logistics, coordinating supplies, organizing executive meetings, and assisting with new employee onboarding. You will also be instrumental in maintaining our office's communication systems, formulating and executing policies, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
Alongside office management, you will contribute to our marketing efforts by executing digital and print campaigns, updating our website, and managing our social media presence. Engaging with our online community, creating compelling content, and analyzing marketing performance to enhance outcomes will be part of your duties. You will also conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, collaborating with the design team to produce visually appealing materials. This dynamic role provides the chance to significantly influence both our operational efficiency and marketing success.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess a combination of technical skills, experience, and personal qualities essential for this role. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required, along with 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or property management sector. Practical experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems, is necessary. Additionally, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in office management is required, with at least 2 years in a corporate environment preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with solid interpersonal abilities, are crucial. Familiarity with social media platforms, SEO fundamentals, and Google Analytics is expected, while experience with Yardi marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
On a personal level, you should be highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and possess a creative mindset with keen attention to detail. Being proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team will set you apart. Location: Corporate Headquarters
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site (with remote flexibility after 6 months)
Salary Range: Salary range starts at $60,000 a year (Salary is determined by experience, training, and education)
