Your Opportunity:

We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and licensed motivational catalyst to join our expanding team of real estate experts and professionals at our corporate headquarters in Augusta, Georgia, the host city of the annual Masters Tournament. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the Leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in growing the local AUM (assets under management).

This role involves evaluating and comprehending various real estate investments, be it multifamily or commercial. You should aspire to become the market expert, well-versed in all dynamics influencing changes in values. Articulating this knowledge to investors and ownership is crucial. Possessing financial and business acumen is essential for discussing investments based on return metrics, asset valuation, asset preservation, revenue creation, and risk mitigation—adopting an asset manager mindset.

You won't be confined to a desk, although mentoring and inspiring your team will involve desk time. Instead, you will lead by example, actively participating in the community as its real estate expert. This includes attending and speaking at local events, tirelessly expanding your AUM through extensive networking and outreach. Business development should come naturally, demanding high energy and a hyper-focused commitment to consistently increase AUM.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven success in growing revenue and penetrating a sales territory.
  • Three (3) years consultative sales experience in commercial real estate, property management and/or managed services preferred.
  • Well-developed prospecting techniques and consultative, strategic selling.
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills required, including verbal and written communication.
  • Prior experience and demonstrated success closing sales of complex systems or services with protracted sales cycles.
  • Experience with CRM Systems, and the ability to learn our proprietary tools and technologies.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset & demonstrated ability to work independently to meet goals.
  • Experience with AppFolio preferred.
  • Proven track record of time management.
  • Proven track record with Business Development.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Grow the Market AUM (Assets Under Management) to match the Company goals.
  • Be a market and industry expert.
  • Be an Auben Realty brand ambassador.
  • Identify, add, and track qualified prospects to the Sales and Property Management Service Pipelines.
  • Assist in the development and modification of the Lead Generation funnel to drive AUM and achieve the Company goals.
  • Identify new opportunities for Lead Generation to drive AUM in the Market (software’s, events, etc.)
  • Prospecting and cold calling to generate qualified Leads in the Market.
  • Create and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
  • Negotiate contract terms with prospective clients to achieve desired Company results.
  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.
  • Be able to successfully collaborate amongst multiple departments, externally, and with your internal team daily.
  • Act with a sense of urgency, professionalism, and always uphold a high standard of ethics.
  • Provide efficient and accurate flow of communication to and from the property owner(s)/investor(s).
  • Ensure decisions are made in the best interest of the owner(s)/investor(s) while staying in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Be able to successfully collaborate with Auben Realty Team members to provide new client(s) with a positive on-boarding experience.
  • Understand financial underwriting for multiple real estate investments.
  • Commercial investment and management understanding.
  • Multifamily investment and management understanding.
  • Ability to think outside the box with database research to reach target audience.
