Responsibilities:

  • Expand current opportunities and develop new business through active client engagement and strategic agent partnerships.
  • Maintain up-to-date client profiles and actively manage client relationships.
  • Present GLC Services as solutions to client supply chain needs, selling the full suite of offerings. (International Forwarding, Customs Brokerage, Domestic Transit, Warehousing, Distribution, Etc.)
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while engaging in the full sales cycle from initial contact to ongoing client management.
  • Engage in the full sales cycle from Initial Contact, to Discovery, to Rate Sourcing/Quoting, to Systemic Set-Up, and ongoing follow up to develop a book of business.
  • Work seamlessly with operations, pricing, and accounting teams to deliver seamless service to clients.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM effectively as a sales tool and stay abreast of industry changes/initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of proven sales experience, demonstrating dedication to client development and revenue growth.
  • Basic knowledge of CargoWise required.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
  • Diligent, punctual, and highly organized with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
