- Leadership and Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to team members, building a high-performance team and developing excellent customer service skills.
- Process Improvement: Compare the present state of the business with a conceptual and desired future state, providing gap analysis and recommending process improvements.
- Strong IT, business system analysis, and systems development/design experience.
- Deep understanding of EDI standards, protocols, and IT systems.
