Job Summary:
As a Call Center Representative at Divine Taxa, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing support, resolving issues, and delivering information in a friendly and professional manner. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and foster positive relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Meet or exceed call handling quotas and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
