We are seeking a high-performing individual to join our Business Applications team to help design, develop, maintain, and support our ever-expanding Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions to support our rapidly growing business needs.

This position provides a unique opportunity to join a global development team that strives to leverage modern technology solutions to streamline the ever-growing landscape of business needs and processes. Including, but not limited to, solutions involving Dynamics 365 model-driven apps, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Co-Pilot, and the entire Microsoft suite of products.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS; but not limited to:

  • Work with team members on Continuous Improvement / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) sprints to rapidly roll out new features and improvements on existing capabilities in Power Platform environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
  • Manage and optimize Power Platform for scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Assist with the administration and maintenance of existing Power Platform solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for solution development.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to Power Platform developers and analysts.
  • Enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored business application solutions.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, Field Service, and Project Operations apps
  • Strong Power Automate cloud flow experience, building connections and automations for business applications.
  • Strong customer focus and interaction to listen to users, explore the business needs, and present multiple alternatives to meet solution objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in Dynamics, Power Platform, and general business applications.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Design, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience within related position
  • Experience in Dynamics 365 model-driven app configuration and customizations
  • Proven experience in development of Dynamics 365 / Power Platform architecture and solution design
  • Experience in building and monitoring Power Automate flows
  • Experience in coding or scripting (e.g., C#, javaScript) is a plus.
  • Previous experience with ETL processes and data integrations is advantageous.
  • Experience with data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a big plus
