Seeking a skilled professional adept at thriving in high-paced settings to become our newest Fast Track Manager in Downers Grove, IL, US. The perfect candidate will showcase outstanding communication and analytical skills, coupled with a deep understanding of managing project documentation and efficiently handling risks. As a Fast Track Manager, you will play a crucial role within our organization, overseeing fast-tracked projects and exhibiting remarkable problem-solving and communication proficiencies. Succeeding in this position relies heavily on a solid comprehension of project documentation and risk management processes.

Compensation:

$125,000+ yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit, train, and retain new financial advisors
  • Establish and cultivate a team-minded culture
  • Direct and organize sales meetings
  • Detect any potential issues and promptly address them
  • Support and enhance the growth of the branch
Qualifications:
  • Proven managerial experience in Sales, or a Master of Business Administration degree
  • Proficiency in managing Sales or a Master’s degree in Business Administration is required
  • Will need to obtain Securities Licenses (SIE, 6, and 63) in the future: Obtaining Securities Licenses (SIE, 6, and 63) in the future is a necessity
  • Must consistently meet performance goals to remain eligible for the job: Consistent achievement of performance objectives is essential for candidate eligibility
