About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Call Center Agent to join our team at HealthSource of Ohio. As a Medical Call Center Agent, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Communication: Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that patients receive accurate and empathetic support.
  • Scheduling and Data Entry: Facilitate optimal patient access by accurately scheduling appointments and entering data into our electronic health record system.
  • Provider Communication: Effectively communicate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
  • Confidentiality and Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of call center experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong computer skills, including experience with Windows Operating System, email, and electronic health record systems.
