Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Call Center Specialist to join our team at Advance Dentistry. As a key member of our patient connection team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and ensuring a seamless experience from the initial phone call to their appointment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and provide a fully present, empathetic, and productive experience for our patients
  • Develop the practice-patient relationship, even from the first phone call
  • Guide phone calls to the appropriate department or team member
  • Place outbound calls to confirm patient appointments and communicate with affiliated healthcare organizations
  • Help facilitate and execute miscellaneous patient-communication tasks, such as sending patient emails and texts as needed
