As the Nutrition Program Director, you'll be at the heart of our mission to ensure that every child who walks through our doors receives healthy, balanced meals in a safe and supportive environment. You'll lead a team of Child Nutrition Professionals (CNPs), foster positive relationships with the kids, and promote a healthy relationship with food.

Collaborative Environment: Build meaningful relationships with passionate professionals who share your commitment to youth development.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of 8+ CNPs across seven Club sites.
- Manage a budget of over $400,000, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Oversee menu planning and procurement to meet USDA FNS and USBE requirements.
- Act as the Sponsor for federally funded food programs like CACFP and SFSP.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and maintain relationships with key community partners.

What We're Looking For:
- A degree in public health, health education, dietetics, or health administration is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of child nutrition programs and related federal and state laws.
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and food service operations, including menu planning and food safety.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in energetic, active settings with large groups of youth and teens.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older to meet driving requirements.
- CPR and First Aid certification (can be arranged by the Boys & Girls Clubs).
- Valid Food Safety Manager Certification (can be arranged by the Boys & Girls Clubs).
- Ability to stand for more than 5 hours at a time.
- Flexibility to adapt to change and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Ready to make a difference? Apply today and join us in creating a healthier future for our youth
