Our client, a well-established B2B company, is seeking a highly organized and versatile Operations Administrative Coordinator to anchor their office operations. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing relationships and communications with vendors, customers, technicians, and management.

Operations Administrative Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, handling inquiries and orders.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
- Support technicians by scheduling appointments and ensuring they have the necessary resources.
- Collaborate with management to streamline processes and improve workflow.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all office activities.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and report generation.
Operations Administrative Coordinator Qualifications:
- 8+ years of proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role, construction or property management plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, scheduling tools).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
