Nashville Airsoft in Nashville, TN is looking for a front desk staff member to join our team. We are located on 406 Davidson Street. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

Job Summary: 

Be the “First Impression” of Nashville Airsoft. Greet customers and guest quickly and enthusiastically. Provide general information about the facility, retail store, and the arena. Verbally highlight and explain safety procedures and three strike rule. Direct new customers to fill out waiver, check in, rental checkout, and sell snack items as needed. 

 

Job Responsibilities/Tasks: 

• Greet and engage customers quickly

• Check in and check out customers at Kiosk

• Verbally explain safety rules or direct customers to rules video

• Keep front desk area neat and clean

• Sanitize rental vests and face masks

• Sweep behind desk, lobby/entry area and party rooms

• Set up and clean up party rooms before and after events

• Pull trash from lobby and party room bins 

• Clean lobby area by wiping tables & chairs 

• Check restrooms periodically: restocking paper towels, tissue, and soap as needed

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by manager or owner.

• Problem resolution 

 

The physical demands of this position include and are not limited to considerable amounts of standing, bending, reaching, and lifting.

While focused on your area of responsibility, you never find yourself thinking “that’s no my job” You don’t focus on being the hero, you focus on making the customer feel like one.

Self Motivated – You’re not the type to walk past a discarded water bottle without picking it up and tossing it in the trash. You’re capable of working in a fast paced environment, often juggling multiple tasks, taking input from multiple team members as well as customers. Instead of picking up your phone and checking facebook when you think no one is looking, you find something to do. If you don’t find something to do, you help someone else get their job done.

Safety Conscious – Keeping a vigilant eye out for safety issues, whether it’s guns without barrel socks, or kids firing in the parking lot.

Responsible – You have reliable transportation. Your job comes before the party and self inflicted party injuries are not what you consider a valid “sick day”

It’s All About the Customer – If a customer raises an issue, you listen. If there is a quick way to solve the problem, you solve it. If you can’t solve it yourself, you actively reach out to a manager for help making that customer happy.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Sundays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Compensation is $10.00 - $13.00/hour.
