Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Courtyard Nashville Green Hills. Key Responsibilities:
  • Register guests and process room reservations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process payments and handle guest accounts in accordance with hotel policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the front desk and surrounding areas

Requirements:
