Previous experience in a luxury or hotel environment is a plus, but if you're a customer service professional looking to grow, we're ready to train you. Availability during evenings and weekends is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel-specific platforms is beneficial. Excellent communication and listening skills, with fluency in English. Additional languages, especially Spanish, is preferred. A flexible schedule that can accommodate days, weekends, and holidays. High energy, effective people skills, and a positive attitude to motivate others. The ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects without feeling overwhelmed.
