RingoFire is growing our social media team and adding a Content Manager to the squad.  Content Managers at RingoFire are responsible for influencer sourcing, planning, strategy, development, and reporting through effective and regular communication as well as the day-to-day management of agency and client social media content.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
● Work across multiple departments to identify social media influencer opportunities and match those opportunities with appropriate social media influencers while assisting with product sends, including shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery
● Build and execute a social media strategy through competitive research, benchmarking, and best practices designed to increase brand engagement
● Ideate and create daily social media content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and other social media platforms for a variety of brands
● Help lead the visual elements of a social campaign, such as providing direction and edits on social graphics, videos, and other forms of content.
● Utilize social media publishing tools for planning and scheduling content and oversee Social Engagements, including DMs, comments, reposts, and tags
● Consult with clients and leadership on new industry trends; attend regular meetings to communicate performance and stay informed on industry trends


QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, News Media, Public Relations, or relevant field; three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
In-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms – including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and more – and the content that works best for each platform
Demonstrable knowledge of best practice principles related to: marketing, public relations and communications
