The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving sales growth for our organization. You will work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. Lead and motivate a sales team to drive sales growth and achieve targetsDevelop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to meet the company's objectivesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer baseBuild and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholdersMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential business opportunitiesMaintain and improve sales processes and systemsProvide guidance and support to the sales team in the negotiation and closure of dealsDevelop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports to track sales performanceHiring and onboarding of new sales staff and offboarding of underperforming sales staffDevelop and deploy marketing strategy and tacticsManage all internal and outsourced marketing resourcesSupervise all visual content including photos and videos to support the company's marketing initiatives Requirements(You may apply even if you don't meet every qualification)Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fieldMinimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of successStrong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategiesKnowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHighly proficient computer skills with experience in Google Workspace and software applications
