OverviewThe Recruiting Coordinator is the face of the company, responsible for answering incoming calls, monitoring job boards and scheduling applicants. We are collaborative, personable, high-energy office looking for a like-minded individual. Your day to day will be pre-screening applicants for our internal staffing consultants, updating and analyzing external job platforms such as ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Google Jobs, and our Applicant Tracking System. In addition, you will assist our HR and Operations Admin with social media posts as needed.
Responsibilities
- Monitor applicant activity on external job boards
- Assist Operations/ HR Admin with creating and posting job advertisements, creating content for Social Media
- Answering and directing incoming calls to main phone line
- Updating office whiteboard with open positions
- Pre-screening and scheduling applicants for initial interviews
- Reposting advertisements via internal ATS
- Filing
- Updating website as necessary
- Other related tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications and Skills
- Passion and skill in Customer Service
- Clerical Experience
- Organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with people of all levels of organization
- Creative writing skills
Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday
Compensation: $18-$20/hr **compensation correlated to office productivity
