Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a dynamic construction company to hire an HR Admin. This role plays a vital part in supporting the HR and recruiting functions, offering a fantastic opportunity for those looking to grow in the HR field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding.
  • Manage data entry and monitor the recruitment inbox.
  • Refresh and repost job descriptions as needed.
  • Assist with employee benefits, open enrollment, and other HR functions.
  • Provide support for the team in Israel.
  • Utilize Oracle and basic Excel skills for ATS management.
Requirements
  • Exposure to HR and recruiting functions.
  • Recent graduates with an HR degree are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in basic Excel; experience with Oracle is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
