ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Service- Ensure that only the highest level of customer service takes place when dealing with the clients prior to the study, and onsite.
- General Office Management- Responsible for maintaining equipment/technology, includes copier, printers, laptops, telephones, recording equipment, server and other computers in workroom. Assist in room set up for onsite studies
- Scheduling- Completion of weekly hourly associate schedule.
- Inventory Control- Maintaining inventory of all supplies and reorder/purchase when needed, this includes all office supplies, L&E specific items, food and beverage needs for clients, kitchen supplies, facility supplies.
- Documentation-Monitor current policies and procedures to all hourly staff.
- Interviewing- Hiring of the hourly staff as needed, train new staff, conduct quarterly staff meetings.
- Banking/Misc.-Handling of all bank orders to obtain cash needed for incentives, maintain petty cash for facility, handle all expenses and reconciliations, incentive tracking.
