Position Summary:

The Client Services Manager will be responsible for providing strategic direction and driving revenue growth across a portfolio of client accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital media strategies and will be adept at aligning them with client goals. A successful candidate will excel in communication and leadership, guiding team members to fulfill similar responsibilities. They will be proactive in identifying new revenue streams and developing actionable plans to realize these opportunities. Exceptional listening skills are essential to comprehend client needs and translate them into viable business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee staffing, strategy, quality assurance, and budgeting for a designated set of clients; effectively communicate the clients' business strategies and requirements across various teams within Cardinal Path.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of Analytics Plans that drive actionable insights and outcomes to enhance client business performance. Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on strategic development, report delivery, and effective communication.
  • Create a revenue generation strategy for clients, identifying both incremental and new opportunities based on a comprehensive understanding of Cardinal Path's offerings and thorough research of client businesses.
  • Optimize sales drivers, including team dynamics, technology utilization, expenditure, and program effectiveness, to achieve predictable outcomes, cost efficiency, and scalability. This includes the establishment and monitoring of key performance metrics and forecasts for effective business management.
  • Ensure the maintenance and enhancement of excellent relationships with key personnel at client organizations to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Client Services team in delivering quality execution that aligns with clients' business objectives and key performance indicators. Assess performance, challenges, and opportunities with direct reports to ensure client goals are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Cardinal Path to execute work plans, meet deadlines, and fulfill customer expectations and program milestones.
  • Enhance team capabilities by planning solution delivery; provide guidance on technical and procedural inquiries for less experienced team members and strive to improve internal processes as needed.
  • Promote the mission and values of Cardinal Path both internally and externally.
  • Facilitate the training of team members while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, engineering, mathematics, or statistics.
  • 6-8 years of experience in managing large-scale digital media projects.
  • Strong understanding of media strategies and proficiency with Google platforms, alongside applicable digital tactics.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large or multi-faceted accounts, including case studies showcasing account growth.
  • Experience in managing profitable budgets, meeting deadlines, and overseeing direct reports.
  • Experience with international client accounts is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to create clear, concise, and professional documentation and presentations.
  • A collaborative team player who shares knowledge and actively seeks information to fill personal knowledge gaps.
  • Willingness to travel moderately within North America and internationally as required.
Additional Information:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $69,000 - $110,400. Actual salary will be determined based on various factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other permissible factors. A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off, is also available.
