- Business Writing Skills: Strong business writing skills, with the ability to draft professional emails and correspondence.
- Data Entry Skills: Precise data entry skills, with the ability to accurately enter client information into our software platform.
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing urgent matters and maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Technology Skills: Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other business software applications.
- Work Ethic: A strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
Our office is a fast-paced environment, and we require our Client Relations Specialist to be able to work effectively in this setting. The successful candidate will be required to participate in an on-call rotation, working extended hours during peak-demand dates and being available to handle client and field staff inquiries/requests outside of regular business hours.
