Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for providing an outstanding customer service experience.
  2. Maintain a process to handle all inbound calls and manage all of the opportunity/leads available to drive additional Service Lane business.
  3. Track and manage manifest lists, appointment reminders, declined services, Schedule appointments
  4. Assists with general administrative and clerical tasks
  5. Provide enabling environment for complementing the company’s business plan strategically developed towards better profit making
  6. Communication Specialists for the Light Duty Service Department and represent the business and maintain professional Phone skills through the provided process
  7. Acquire knowledge about the organization and implement such knowledge in day-to-day dispensation of duty
  8. Collaborate with other members of staff towards better execution of company’s plans and business development activities
  9. Participate in the marketing programs of the organization
  10. Ensure proper execution of new business initiatives
  11. Monitor open Recall lists and Communicate with Customers
  12. Maintain PASE Requirements regarding retention programs and Scheduling requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. The business development coordinator is required to possess certain abilities, knowledge, skills, and qualifications in order to function profitably in the organization.
  2. Has excellent communication and organizational skills
  3. Associates degree preferred
  4. 3 years working experience in Dealership or marketing fields are recommended
  5. Ability to use computer programs Excel and Word processing packages
  6. Ability to interact with external and internal clients professionally
  7. Ability to prioritize and manage many tasks simultaneously
  8. Ability to face and overcome new challenges seen in the course of work
  9. Ability to work and interact with members of staff at various levels in the organization
  10. Ability to arrive fast at workable decisions and to adapt self to any working condition
