YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT

Our Finance and Commercial team is looking for an experienced Lease Administrator for our Commercial Real Estate Management Office. This role requires someone who is detail oriented, a great multitasker and an excellent problem-solver. The Lease Administrator will be responsible for managing the administration of commercial leases in Yardi, a key person managing the abstracting, entering of lease, and billing information, and more. A few specific skills and traits that we are looking for:

  • You're detail oriented. As a liaison between the Commercial Operations team and the Accounting/Finance function, you have the ability to dig in and problem solve. A great multi-tasker, you will be responsible for setting up leases into Yardi with accuracy, reviewing and processing monthly charges.
  • You're a financial wizard. This role requires basic math skills, working knowledge of excel and an understanding of fundamental accounting principles. You will oversee posting monthly rent charges, accurately receipt and apply rent payments, preparing and distributing accounts receivable reports, and aids in month end financial reporting. You will be responsible for completing setup for all recovery calculations into Yardi.
  • You're also passionate about supporting your teams. Not only are you responsible for the overall lease administration of the Commercial Office and Retail properties, but you will also assist the team with preparing tenant expense and reconciliations, quarterly and annual operating budget.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Three to five years of property management experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Yardi is required.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to focus and maintain attention to performance of tasks and to work and complete assignments on time despite frequent stressful, emergency, critical or unusual interruptions.
  • Self-Starter: Able to take things and run with them. Strategically prioritizes multiple tasks in a pro-active manner.
  • Team oriented: Enjoys working with other Prometheans to create great outcomes to both working and living environments.
  • Brand Ambassador: Acts as an ambassador bringing "I AM HOME" to life. Creates unique Prometheus experiences for all neighbors, future neighbors, commercial tenants, and fellow Prometheans.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
